TH Group Sdn Bhd (formerly known as TH Group Berhad) once listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Stock Exchange Centre (formerly known as Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange) from 1 March 1999 to 11 May 2009 under the Plantation Sector. TH Group is remains a well-diversified group of companies, with two core divisions, namely Plantation and Quarry.
Under the Plantation division, the Group has cultivated approximately 11,469 hectares of palm oil plantations in the state of Sabah, Malaysia, and operates a 90 metric tonne palm oil mill that produces crude palm oil and palm kernel.
The Quarry Division was established in 2013 in the state of Sarawak, Malaysia. The quarry located in Sri Aman currently expands over a land area of approximately 63.50 hectares which produces and supplies aggregate granite of different qualities and dimensions to cater to various infrastructure projects initiated by the State government and to meet local market demands.
In line with TH Group’s strategic growth plans, two additional projects in Ipoh, Perak located in Gopeng and Kanthan were added into the Quarry Division in 2022. These projects involve mining and processing tin ore, limestone, extraction of silica quartz and other industrial minerals, serving a wide range of industries which includes infrastructure, glass manufacturing, solar, electrical and engineering works.

Logo
The name TH Group was derived as an abbreviation from "Tung Hup" which in Cantonese means "East" and "Co-operation" respectively.
The Tung Hup Group fundamentally represents the core group, which was involved in the restructuring of Union Paper Holdings Berhad and from which sprung the new entity.
TH Group's corporate logo reflects a synergy between its core business activities of plantation and quarry against a backdrop of stability and growth. While each business operates as a separate element, but together they forge a prosperous alliance.
